How can a person get a Real Consolidation Loan?

I have a considerable amount of unsecured debt. I have several charge offs on my credit but I am still sending those companies payment. Everything is being paid monthly though its not reported. Those companies will not report this on my credit and I understand that. Is there any REAL lenders out there that will give me a consolidation loan?
